Yuktown’s Kennels Puppy Deposit Contract

Here at Yuktown’s Kennels our pups average $600 to $1500 you are paying a deposit for a
pup agreeing to complete your obligations. After your six weeks if you don't complete your
agreement your deposit is non-refundable but is exchangeable you will loose it. In six weeks
after birth and as time of birth until six weeks they will have had updated shots and worming
and a good health record. After purchase and pick up Yuktown’s Kennels are not liable. This
is the Agreement Yuktown’s Kennels has. I highly recommend all pups from Yuktown’s
Kennels to be put on VetBalance. This is important to maintain a healthy puppy. It reduces
many trips to your vet also. 12 months genetic warranty on all pup at Yuktown’s Kennels. No
sells for illegal purpose. First come is first served on all pups!!!!

Pups are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Puppy purchase includes applicable sets of shots, de-wormings and health certificate. Buyer is responsible for crate and air faire if it applies to purchase. We only fly our pups within the continental U.S. via Continental Airlines in an air conditioned, pressurized cargo bay.

Sorry, unfortunately all deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future litter. Deposits range anywhere from $200 - $500 depending on pup and litter.

Please be advised that we cannot guarantee color of puppy. We are aware that our dogs will produce "blue-blooded" pups which can result in a huge spectrum of genetically possible colors. Furthermore, please educate yourself in the possibility of skin conditions and dermatitis which is very common in "blue" dogs of all race. We cannot be held responsible for any skin or coat conditions that are know to occur in blue coated dogs. THE BLUE COAT COLORING IN MOST BREEDS IS ASSOCIATED WITH SKIN DISEASES SOME OF WHICH ARE NOT RESPONSIVE TO TREATMENT. BLUE COATED DOGS OF ALL BREEDS ARE MORE PRONE TO BACTERIAL, VIRAL, STAPH AND FUNGAL INFECTIONS AS WELL AS VARIOUS FORMS OF DERMATITIS, ALLERGIES, DEMODEX AND COLOR MUTANT ALOPECIA. MANY OF THESE CONDITIONS ARE SIMPLY THE RESULT OF THE BLUE COAT COLORING. ALL OF THE SKIN CONDITIONS THAT WE KNOW OF ARE EASILY AND INEXPENSIVELY TREATED. ALL BLUE DOGS DO NOT DEVELOP SKIN PROBLEMS HOWEVER YOU SHOULD BE PREPARED TO TREAT THEM IF NEED BE. WE HAVE DONE THE RESEARCH ON THIS TOPIC AND AS A RESULT OF OUR FINDINGS WE NO LONGER GUARANTEE AGAINST ANY SKIN OR COAT PROBLEMS. THEREFORE WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR SKIN AND COAT PROBLEMS THAT ARE COMMON FOR DOGS WITH BLUE COATS. For more information on such conditions please click here.
